Customer Need:
These successful restaurateurs wanted to expand their existing dining business with a separate facility next door. The new business has a whole new look, new menu, and a larger bar.
Special Features:
The open ceiling with theater-style lighting support system allows the owners to hang decorative seasonal items and lighting with ease and flexibility. A complete demolition of the existing interior was done in order to build a new kitchen, restrooms, bar, and eating area. The bar is over 50 feet long and was built with rescued materials from old buildings scheduled for demolition.
