4-unit staff housing buildings.
Customer Need:
A health care campus was in need of additional staff housing. The client chose to build three separate 4-unit buildings to complement the existing housing.
Special Features:
The durable brick exterior will require little maintenance for years to come. Each building consists of two 2-bedroom units and two 1-bedroom units. The efficient design produced very affordable housing, which enables the owner to pass savings on to employees choosing to live onsite.
Pre-engineered: These are new buildings that are built using a method of design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction which saves project time and budget dollars. Industrial: These are new buildings or additions to existing buildings that are used in the manufacture, assembly, storage, or distribution of products. Commercial: These are new buildings or additions to existing buildings used primarily for offices or commerce. Institutional: These are new buildings or additions to existing buildings used mainly by not-for-profit organizations such as schools and churches. Alterations: These existing buildings were modified in order to modernize them, or to make them more attractive or safe. Restoration: These historic buildings have been renovated and/or rebuilt to restore them to their former glory.
