Description:
Existing masonry two-story building façade alterations.
Customer Need:
The owners wanted to create a new face for their existing restaurant business. They were changing the kitchen, the menu, and the seating all of which had been in place for nearly 20 years.
Special Features:
The restaurant entry and three windows on the second floor were "dressed up" using period trims made mostly of Fypon® molded millwork. The use of Fypon® trim lowers the longterm replacements cost for the owner as it is resistant to rot, mildew, etc.
