We have been new building contractors for retail and office buildings across the area.  A few are shown below, including: the Smith Building, where we created a retail first floor and a residential second floor; the A-1 Security Roofing building in North Chicago, where we constructed an office and shop for this roofing contractor; Bruce’s Out’ a Sight Self Storage in Lake Barrington, where we designed and built a unique three-story self storage facility that blends into the neighborhood; Starcar, where we built a new office and warehouse space; Hines Lumber in Hainesville, where we created a truss beam retail center, plus interior and exterior storage with railroad siding; Libertyville Tile and Carpet, where the showroom and warehouse were made of pre-engineered steel with a standing seam roof and full height masonry walls; and Zengeler Cleaners in Libertyville, where we highlighted a new building with a clock tower feature.
