Successful companies grow, and their space needs change.  We have designed, worked with architects, and been contractors for many retail and office changes.  A few are shown below, including: Sunset Trucking in Lake of the Hills, where we matched existing brick and siding and added offices for dispatchers; Firkin Restaurant, where we built an addition for more kitchen space, gave the entry a whole new look and altered the interior, allowing additional seating and better traffic flow; Bond Office, where we added handicap ramps and rails; plus new ceilings, floors, lighting and more; the Bond parking lot, where we demolished an old house and created a new parking lot for law offices; Van Kirk, an historic building, where we carefully reworked the space and all its details while expanding the business into the next space; Buffalo Grove Animal Hospital, where we converted the exterior of an old gas station into an attractive, friendly and welcoming animal hospital; Message Motu, where we completed a total build-out (new walls, plumbing, electric, ceilings, floorings, lighting, etc.) of  private rooms,  waiting rooms, restrooms, exterior façade/sign, etc.; and Vet Specialties, where we installed mold-resistant drywall, special humidity-resistant paint and epoxy flooring in this aqua pet therapy room.  To remodel your office or retail space, call Dale Vanderwerff at 847-362-2448.
